PRESS RELEASE: Letter of intent between Arutec and Commuun is cancelled
The letter of intent regarding purchase of the business of Commuun by Arutec has been cancelled. After the cancellation both companies shall continue their current business.
Arutec is an Estonian company specialized in Novapoint and Autodesk product sales. Company provides also visualization, training and support services. Vianova Systems Finland owns 84% of the company.
The mission of Commuun is to lead the engineering community in Estonia in transition to the building information modelling technology with industry leading structural engineering solutions from Autodesk, Inc., a leader in design innovation software and technologies.
